  I went to Arby's to get sandwiches for super. I ask for 2 roast beef and chedders and two sliders which came to 11.36. By the time I pull to the window. A young lady comes to the window gives me what she said was a refund of 7.25 and she was sorry for my wait. But if I'd pull up she would bring it out to me. That they had a problem happen on the line. So I pull up feeling good she gave me half my money back. I end up sitting there 36 minutes before going in. Then I have to beg to ask for either the sandwiches or the rest of my money back. Still another 5 minutes and then the guy passes me a bag. I don't look in it at this point I'm just ready to go. When I get home I look in it and I only have three sanwitches. And no sauce. By this point I'm really upset.her . So I call them and have to argue with the person that made the mistake and she just say sorry and hangs up in my face. Never again.
